1. Scope and Application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the distribution of premium-quality oil of European origin, distributed exclusively through our authorized supply chain. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these contractual terms by the buyer.

2. Product Origin and Quality Assurance

All delivered oil guarantees full traceability and strict compliance with European Union regulations regarding food safety, quality, and organoleptic standards. Exclusive distribution guarantees genuine product authenticity and rigorous quality control throughout the supply chain.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure optimal financial security and transparency in international trade, the sole accepted payment method is the Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC).

• The SBLC must be issued or confirmed by a top-tier financial institution acceptable to the seller.
• Order fulfillment and dispatch scheduling will commence only upon receipt and verification of the issued bank guarantee. Deferred payments, unsecured direct bank transfers, or alternative methods will not be accepted.

4. Delivery, Logistics, and Risk Transfer

Shipping schedules and delivery terms will be finalized upon order confirmation. Incoterms, along with all associated customs clearance costs, duties, and taxes, will be explicitly outlined in individual supply agreements.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For matters not explicitly covered in these conditions, the contract shall be governed by international commercial standards and the governing law agreed upon by both parties in the contract.
